Overview
Pharmacy Assistant Immunoglobulins and Cancer Services. This position supports the pharmacy by undertaking administrative and stock control duties involved with Immunoglobulins (IVIGs) within the Cancer Services team. The role is 16 hours per week and flexible in how those hours are used (e.g., four 4-hour days or two 8-hour days).
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and stock control for Immunoglobulins (IVIGs).
* Work as part of the Cancer Services team and also on wards during top-up duties, as required.
* Participate in GDP training to meet the requirements of the wholesale dealer Licence.
* Undertake all mandatory training as requested by the Trust.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good organisational skills.
* Demonstrate high levels of accuracy in all areas of work.
* Able to input data and work with PCs and other information systems.
* Willing to undertake further education, training and validation before undertaking the duties of the post.
* Ability to work in a team or autonomously when required (including ward-based top-up duties).
