About the job Salary: Circa £26,000 to £30,000 per annum dependant on qualification and experience Hours: 37 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity to join our Property Investment and Compliance team as a GIS Technician. In this role you will be responsible for creating and updating Coastline’s ground maps and tenancy plans. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, but also use initiative and work independently, with an organised and analytical approach to their work and super attention to detail. We also seek someone who has experience in using GIS software (or similar) and who has an understanding of social housing and what housing associations do. This role will be based at Coastline House, but with regular site visits required. A full driving licence and access to a care are vital to the role.
