About the Role
We are recruiting a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for a 25-bed residential care home providing person-centred, later-life care in a homely environment. The service focuses on dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care, maintaining dignity and respect
Support daily living activities and routines
Encourage residents to participate in activities and outings
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to senior staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Promote a safe, supportive, and friendly environment
Previous experience in a care role preferred, but not essential
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
Enthusiastic, caring, and team-oriented
Good communication skills with residents, families, and colleagues
Genuine interest in improving the lives of older people
£13.33 per hour, full-time
