Salary: £30,000 with the ability to increase to £40,000+ within as little as 9 months
What You Will Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
* Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
* Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
* Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected
Who We Want
* Experience in a sales role or customer service environment, preferably within a call centre
* Target driven, with strong motivation to succeed
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* High level of resilience and positivity
* Attention to detail in every customer interaction
* A willingness to learn and develop continuously
