Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Hoddesdon. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on sustainable print management, cloud services, and related workplace technologies. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Sales Account Manager will also track sales performance, update CRM records, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to support business planning.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
* Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to respond to inquiries, handle issues professionally, and present solutions clearly.
* Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
* Demonstrated sales experience in B2B environments, ideally within technology, managed print, or cloud services.
* Comfort working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and reporting tools.
* Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while working both independently and collaboratively.
* Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
* Relevant education or training in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
