The Role
We are looking for an accomplished, action orientated AD/SAD with deep experience in developing and delivering work for in culture brands—that might include Evian and Monzo and others that live in and shape the cultural conversation.
You’ll have a proven track record of creating campaigns that authentically engage Gen Z and other culturally connected audiences, using earned first thinking to drive impact. We value connectivity and hustle and we look for high energy, ambition and individuals who bring hustle to their work. This role is likely suited to someone with recent agency experience but we’re open to hearing from individuals who have worked for in-house PR teams that create work that resonates with ours.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of culturally resonant, earned first ideas that spark conversation and meaningful engagement.
* Shape and direct brand narratives across social, earned, influencer and community channels, ensuring cohesion and impact.
* Use deep knowledge of cultural trends, subcultures, behaviours and platforms to create work that connects with Gen Z and adjacent audiences.
* Build trusted client relationships, offering strategic counsel and category expertise that supports long-term partnership and success.
* Stay well-versed in the daily news agenda and cultural conversations, contributing informed perspectives within the team and continue to cultivate your culture focussed press network
* Inspire, guide and mentor a high performing team through energetic, collaborative leadership that champions creativity and shared achievement.
* Communicate with clarity and confidence across presentations, written materials and day to day client or media interactions.
* Contribute to our Digital by Default culture, bringing thoughts and insights with regards to the most effective use of AI to help drive efficiency and smart working processes
* Integrate best in class PR approaches with social, content, talent and creative teams to deliver unified, high-quality campaigns.
* Oversee project delivery, budgets and timelines, maintaining excellence from planning to execution.
* Contribute to new business efforts, pitches and broader agency building initiatives.
* Demonstrate strong writing skills across formats, producing polished presentations, press materials and strategic documents.
* Balance multiple responsibilities effectively, responding quickly and efficiently to tasks within a busy press office environment.
* Manage media enquiries and sell ins with confidence, providing accurate, timely and well framed responses.
* Bring enthusiasm, proactivity and a strong work ethic, showing eagerness to develop new skills and embrace new challenges.
