Forde Recruitment are specialists within the automotive industry andare currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Inspector to join a busy automotive operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in vehicle inspections, automotive appraisals, fleet checks, or auction environments looking for a long-term role with permanent opportunities.
Pay & Hours
* Salary: £30,000 basic
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 17:30
* Overtime: Hours may vary during sale events
* Job Type: Temp to Permanent
The Role
* Carrying out vehicle inspections using in-house software
* Identifying internal and external vehicle damage
* Completing 30-point vehicle checks
* Inspecting vehicles to NAMA & BVRLA standards
* Recommending vehicles for refurbishment
* Working outdoors in a busy yard environment
* Maintaining accuracy under pressure
What Were Looking For
* Previous vehicle inspection or appraisal experience
* Knowledge of NAMA / BVRLA standards preferred
* Full UK driving licence (max 3 points)
* Comfortable using tablets and inspection software
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work well independently and within a team
