Are you a commercially minded performance marketeer with hands-on experience in paid search and paid social? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our in‑house marketing team.
We’re looking for a paid media expert to take the lead on driving growth through smart, data‑driven advertising. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the management of a 7‑figure annual budget in collaboration with our retained paid media agencies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be a key driver of our PPC strategy across Google and Microsoft, working hand‑in‑hand with our agencies to create campaigns that generate leads and deliver strong ROI. From managing budgets and optimising performance, to interrogating the data and spotting new opportunities, you’ll be the go‑to specialist for all things paid media. If you thrive on testing, learning, and pushing campaigns to the next level, this role gives you the freedom to make a big impact.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing Google, Microsoft and Meta advertising campaigns with a 7-figure annual budget
* In-depth knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising principles which you can demonstrate through your experience
* High proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting and analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar)
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis and data integration
* Foster strong working relationships with agencies and internal teams
