About ourNurseryBusy Bees Prenton is anOfsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 105 children,offering a bright and spacious, purpose-built setting designed foryoung learners. The nursery features large, well-lit rooms and abeautiful natural garden that children can explore throughout theyear. Located in a residential area of Prenton, it providesexcellent transport links to the Wirral, Liverpool, and Cheshire.The nursery is easily accessible, being close to the M53, main busroutes, and just 1.5 miles from Arrowe Park Hospital. There are 10primary schools nearby, enabling smooth transitions for childrenmoving on to school. Free parking is available forstaff.

Role Responsibilities:

- Leadthe planning and execution of age-appropriate activities andcurriculum in your room.- Create a safe,stimulating, and inclusive learning environment forchildren.- Foster a high-performing team throughsupportive leadership andcollaboration.- Oversee the development andwellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked andcommunicated with parents.- Take on the role ofKey Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal careneeds of a group of children.- Ensure health andsafety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secureenvironment.
Required Qualifications:
IdealCandidate:
- Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.- Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.- Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.- Passionate about fostering children'sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.
