We are seeking a highly experienced
IT Service Delivery Director
to take end-to-end ownership of IT service operations, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align IT services with business goals, enhance automation, and ensure operational continuity.
The ideal candidate will bring
10+ years of IT Service Delivery leadership experience
, a strong background in
ITIL frameworks, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
, and proven success in
executive-level stakeholder engagement
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT service operations, transformation, and strategic roadmap execution.
Build and lead high-performing service delivery teams.
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive CSAT, NPS, and XLA performance, ensuring client satisfaction.
Ensure IT governance, compliance, and vendor accountability.
Leverage
ServiceNow & automation
to optimize service operations.
Requirements
Minimum
10 years' experience
in IT Service Delivery leadership.
Strong expertise in
ITIL, ServiceNow, Azure/AWS, governance, and vendor management
.
Proven ability to engage and influence
executive stakeholders
.
Must be
based in the UK
with a
valid work visa
.
