National Sales Manager
Location: Bristol to East Anglia
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a market-leading manufacturer in the home improvement and water treatment sector. This newly created role offers genuine autonomy to shape and develop a growing direct sales function, managing an initial team of three field-based Sales Consultants, expanding to six over time.
You will lead from the front, coaching and mentoring your team in the field while implementing best-practice sales processes, KPIs, performance metrics and development plans. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help define sales strategy, improve customer journeys and build a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for a hands-on sales manager with experience leading and developing sales teams, improving performance and driving results. Experience within direct-to-consumer, home improvement or consultative sales environments is highly desirable.

Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing and coaching either a field-based or internal sales teams.
A strong background within direct-to-consumer or in-home sales.
Demonstrable success improving sales processes, conversion rates and team performance. Experience implementing KPIs, performance metrics and coaching frameworks.
The ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into practical actions.
Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
A hands-on coaching style, comfortable spending significant time alongside your team in the field.
Experience recruiting, developing and scaling successful sales teams.
A full UK driving licence.
Experience within home improvement, water treatment, renewable energy, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, conservatories, heating, home technology or other consultative in-home sales environments would be highly advantageous.
