The Opportunity
Sectora Group is working in partnership with The Corporate Housing Partnership to support the continued build of their senior commercial team as the business enters its next phase of growth.
This is a key leadership role within a growing, multi-brand business, focused on driving performance and expansion across its most valuable client relationships.
The Director of Key Accounts will take ownership of a diverse portfolio spanning agency partners, corporate clients and strategic accounts, with a clear mandate to drive revenue growth, deepen relationships and increase share of client spend.
This is not a traditional account management role. It requires a highly commercial, data-driven leader who can balance relationship depth with proactive growth, whilst shaping how the business approaches key accounts as it continues to scale.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will lead the strategic direction and performance of the company’s key account portfolio.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients, and building long-term, high-value partnerships across multiple sectors.
This role sits at the centre of the commercial function, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations and Property Acquisition to ensure a consistent and high-performing approach across all client touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead a portfolio of high-value key accounts across agency, corporate and strategic clients
* Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned to business growth objectives
* Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion
* Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts
* Lead commercial negotiations, rate agreements and contract renewals
* Build strong, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders
* Use data and insight to analyse performance, identify trends and forecast revenue
* Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline across key accounts
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery meets client expectations
* Act as the voice of key accounts internally, driving alignment across teams
* Support the acquisition of new high-value accounts and diversification beyond agency-led revenue
About You
* Proven experience in a senior key accounts, account management or commercial role
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across complex client portfolios
* Highly commercial with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
* Experience managing both agency relationships and corporate clients
* Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making capability
* Excellent relationship-building skills at senior stakeholder level
* Strong negotiation and closing ability
* Comfortable managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
* Proactive, driven and results-focused
* Experience in corporate housing, hospitality, property or a related service-led sector is advantageous
