Theyre growing, theyre ambitious, and they need an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take ownership of HVAC cost planning across some genuinely impressive projects.
What youll be doing:
* Building detailed cost estimates for mechanical scopes, managing risk and applying contingencies where needed
* Running the full tender cycle from initial enquiry through to submission
* Sourcing and benchmarking subcontractor quotes, keeping pricing sharp and scope watertight
What youll need:
* Estimating experience across HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or any combination of the three
* Solid working knowledge of mechanical specifications
The package is strong and structured to reflect the seniority of the role, with a car allowance on top. Its a hybrid position with minimal travel required.
