Salary: £12.71 per hour plus benefits.
Location: Shawlands, Glasgow. Hours: Sundays only. Contract: Permanent. Closing date: 21st June 2026 at 23:55.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the shop on a Sunday, including taking keyholder responsibility and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
- Assist the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Review and process donated goods and new stock.
- Develop creative ideas to help generate new income, in collaboration with the Shop Manager.
- Use customer service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
- Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of excellent customer service practices.
- Experience working in a lively and vibrant environment.
- Adaptability in changing situations, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ideally experience in retail and/or fashion retail.
