Junior Video Editor
An agency is looking for a tech‑savvy, organised Junior Editor / Media Manager to keep their creative and post‑production team running smoothly. You'll juggle multiple fast‑paced projects, think sports content, cutdowns, reels, timelines, and asset prep, while learning the ropes to grow into a full creative editor.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage media: cutdowns, reels, timelines, exports, asset prep
* Keep workflows smooth and media organised

Skills & Experience
* 2+ years' experience in post‑production (assistant editor, junior editor, or media manager)
* Tech‑savvy, organised Junior Editor / Media Manager needed
* Strong editing fundamentals: colour grading, motion graphics, transcoding, syncing, exporting
* Proficient in DaVinci Resolve & Premiere Pro; After Effects/motion design is a bonus
* Highly organised with strong file management; comfortable with high‑res and multi‑cam footage
* Familiar with tools like LucidLink and Iconik for remote editing and media management
* Creative, collaborative, eager to grow, with bonus experience in automotive, sport, tech, or tourism; London‑based for in‑office work
Salary & Benefits
* £30 000 - £35 000 per month, depending on experience. London‑based applicants only.
Location & Workplace
* Hybrid, 4 days in office
