Office Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to designated business units, ensuring all written documentation is accurate and formatted to a high standard. They will also be expected to complete administration requests within agreed service level agreements, take ownership of administrative-based queries, and quality check transactions and documentation in real time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional administration support to designated Business Units
* Ensuring all written documentation is accurate and formatted to a high standard
* Ensuring the completion of all Administration requests within agreed SLA's
* Taking ownership of administrative based queries and seeing them through to resolution
* Making sure all transactions and documentation are quality checked in real time so that there is no impact on service to the business
* Applying a good working knowledge of systems to answer queries and resolve problems from colleagues
* Having a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to inputting data, drafting contractual documents and quality checking your teammates work


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven background in office administration and/or data input roles, with excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritise work to meet tight deadlines, and have a strong attention to detail.
