The role will be based in the Metering team and will involve entering meter readings, working with spreadsheets, and helping to improve our performance. There will also be technical tasks, such as managing flows sent to third parties for queries. As with all roles, there will be an element of phone work, including making calls to customers and third parties. Customer service experience and proficiency with spreadsheets are required.
Responsibilities:
* Inputting meter readings into spreadsheets
* Sending technical enquiries to third parties for resolution
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and third parties regarding meter reading queries
Experience:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Excel
* Customer service phone work experience
