You will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, public health, and pipework systems, across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Duties: * Design mechanical building services systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and domestic water systems. * Prepare technical drawings, schematics, calculations, and specifications in compliance with relevant standards. * Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, and IES for load calculations and system modelling. * Collaborate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to deliver coordinated, integrated designs. * Attend design and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Conduct site surveys, inspections, and support installation and commissioning activities. * Ensure all work meets statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and industry best practices. * Support the preparation of tender documentation, project reports, and as-built records. * Keep up to date with developments in mechanical design, sustainability, and ...
