Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical care at Melwood Grange. Your Role: As Clinical Manager, you’ll oversee the clinical service delivery within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating care plans and managing long-term and complex health conditions to reduce hospital admissions Ensuring compliance with clinical governance frameworks, including participation in audits Using monitoring and reporting systems to demonstrate high-quality service delivery Staying up to date with clinical guidelines and best practices to maintain excellence in care Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication across the care team Manage the homes Registered Nurses and work with the Deputy Manager and General Manager in the management of other Care team members. Conduct clinical supervisions, appraisals, and supporting CPD for nursing staff in line with NMC standards What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
