Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist with the development of financial models to identify, quantify, and track anticipated synergies vs the joint business plan
* Coordinate the collection and analysis of data required for merger tracking and performance measurement.
* Ownership of tracking of financial synergies, ensuring alignment between synergy tracking and realisation within A&R and Opex within the clients
* Report on synergy realisation, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders including Consumer Operations Director, Retail Director, Commercial Finance Director and Head of Consume Finance.
* Design and implement new financial processes to support the merged retail estate's operations.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial, to ensure seamless integration.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership.
* Mitigate risks and resolve financial issues arising throughout the merger project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies during process changes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-merger to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

* ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
