A global professional services organisation are recruiting for a business architect. This is a brand new role and they are looking for someone who can drive strategy from the ground up and work closely with the senior leadership team. Whilst the business side is the most important to them they are also interested in individuals who have a passion for the latest technology such as AI.
Key responsibilities:
> Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy
> Apply and utilise business modelling methods to help identify gaps in organisation capabilities which can be used as a corporate knowledge resource available to project level initiatives and executive decision making.
> Work closely with executives, Senior Management and IT to ensure that strategies and projects deliver the desired business outcomes.
> Lead Senior Management through the development of a business architecture plan for the line of business. Evaluates and presents information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarise findings with recommendations.
> Develop, evolve and maintain the line of business operating model. Guiding Senior Management Team to ensure the right target capabilities are in place to deliver the vision.
