Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winchester for a Wedding and Events Manager. The Wedding and Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing weddings and events held at the hotel. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure events run smoothly. The Wedding and Events Manager will also manage budgets, timelines, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution of events.
Qualifications
* Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
* Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
* Budgeting, Financial Management, and Vendor Coordination skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
