THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the Technical Services Project Manager within our clients in-house Building and Facilities team.
In this high-profile role, you will take ownership of the clients asset with its complex infrastructure,driving excellence across all technical building systems in a live performance environment where every detail matters.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with the expertise and confidence to be the go-to person for all Technical Services Project Management matters, providing insight, guidance, and practical solutions to keep this legendary venue operating at its very best.
THE CANDIDATE

You will have:
* A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Proven experience managing technical or engineering services within a complex, operationally live environment - ideally in a performance venue, heritage site, or public building.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building management systems, with a focus on compliance, safety, and sustainability.
* Demonstrated experience managing contractors, budgets, and delivering large scale M&E projects.
* Familiarity with relevant legislation and industry standards, including health and safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
