Key responsibilities
* Liaising with customer via telephone & email to support with queries
* Supporting planning and touting busy same day network of vehicles
* Support the sales team
* Responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
* Support the team by covering holiday periods
* Regular travel to other SameDay locations to support
Personal Specification

* Flexible mentality to support where needed
* Great xsngvjr written and verbal communication
* Good IT Skills
