Business Administrator - Weston-super-Mare Business Administrator Administration and Business Support - Serenita ARBD Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 13.50 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40 Serenita Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, set within a characterful Victorian residence close to the seafront. Supporting up to 34 residents, the home provides specialist care for individuals with mental health conditions, including alcohol related brain damage and Korsakoff's syndrome, within a structured, supportive and independence focused environment. Business Administrator 13.50 per hour 40 hours per week Pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Business Administrator, the role is central to the smooth and efficient running of the home, ensuring all administrative systems are organised, accurate and compliant. Working closely with the Home Manager, this position supports the coordination of key processes across the service. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, maintaining resident and team member records, supporting payroll processes and ensuring all documentation and systems are kept up to date. Accuracy and organisation are essential to ensure compliance and consistency. The role also includes oversight of the Reception team, providing guidance and ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house service. Close collaboration with the wider team ensures the home operates effectively and maintains high standards at all times.
