The Job You'll Do; Reporting to the Production ManagerResponsible for a team of between 8-12 staffOverseeing day-to-day manufacturing and workshop operations, ensuring production runs smoothly Responsible for the recording of working hours against production jobs.Ensuring all H&S and ISO processes are adhered too.Allocating jobs to employeesRegularly assessing training and ability needs. About You; 5+ years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environmentWillingness to be hands-on the shop floor if neededLean manufacturing experience is beneficialValid FLT license is desirable but not essentialExperience welding or using hand tools (power/pneumatic) is desirableHealth and safety awareness is essentialAbility to read engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail.IT Literacy
