Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO or senior team with diary and inbox management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Book travel and accommodation
Assist with internal communications and basic document preparation
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Support with research, reporting, and ad hoc project work
Help with general office management and day-to-day admin
About You:
Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong academic performance
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Confident, proactive, and able to use initiative
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
