What you’ll be doing

* Communicating with parents daily on their child’s activities and logging their progress
* Engaging in interactive play, reading, and other activities aligned to the learning curriculum.
* Promoting and ensuring child welfare and protection whilst always following health and safety policies and procedures
* Managing your own time to complete required coursework and meet deadlines.

What we’re looking for

* English qualification GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above OR Functional Skills Level 2.
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
* Good relationship building skills eg empathy, active listening, trustworthy.
* Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
