Sales Administrator / Sales Executive
Based - Tywyn - Brighter Foods
This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week,
Job Description:
The role will be working within the manufacturing team with real growth potential for THG Nutrition & Wellness. The right candidate will manage a number of customers at Brighter Foods as well as being the first port of call for new customer enquiries.
The Role:
1. Take responsibility for an individual portfolio of customers - ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and individual growth targets are met.
2. Establish and proactively manage customer relationships to gain a strong level understanding of their business.
3. Continual evaluation of customer order levels and product mix to ensure budgets are achieved / exceeded each month
4. Provide the business with accurate rolling weekly sales outlook and proactive plans to gap fill as part of the weekly KPI review meeting
5. Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries and initial follow up direct with the customer.
6. Proactive targeting of new business potential customers.
Requirements:
7. Office based role FMCG food & drink experience is a strong advantage
8. Microsoft office programmes use experience.
9. Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in fast paced, dynamic environment;
10. Entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities
11. Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills;
12. Strong communication skills;
13. Good interpersonal skills;
