Role Summary
Salary: £12.25 per hour basic + Bonus
Location: Stockton-On-Tees
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours and working days: 20 hours, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
* Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
* Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understanding what each customer needs are when they arrive and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience of delivering great customer service, this can be from any industry
* Have strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
* Be enthusiastic, proactive and have a customer-focused attitude
