Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A proven track record of delivering the UK National Curriculum.
* A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse student groups.
