About You:
* Degree is not essential to apply but strong experience is.
* Some experience within food manufacturing.
* Experience in creating, developing and presenting concepts and recipes.
* Customer facing experience ideally with major UK retailers.
* Creativity, forward thinking and a can-do attitude will take you far with this business.
What will you be doing?
* You will be part of a small team of 6, reporting into the Head of NPD.
* You will have direct contact with major customer accounts, managing EPD and NPD projects from concept to launch.
* Working closely with the process and specifications teams to work to project deadlines.
* Sourcing new ingredients to fit customer and site requirements and costs.
