Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at RNLI College, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HZ.
Responsibilities include managing a team, delegating and completing cleaning tasks, placing orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accommodation and offices. Ensuring tasks are completed timely and equipment is stored safely is essential.

1. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends. Shifts range from 7am to 5pm.

A day in the life of a Cleaning Supervisor:
* Cleaning offices, toilets, and amenity areas.
* Assisting with stock take, ordering, and team management.
* Engaging with guests and team members to ensure a comfortable stay.
* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards.
* Participating in HR tasks such as meetings, appraisals, and one-to-ones.
* Maintaining housekeeping equipment and records.
* Supporting other departments as needed.
* Managing weekly rota and payroll reconciliation.
* Conducting cleaning audits across the site.
* Managing a team effectively and collaborating as a team player.
