Are you the right person for the job?
* Experience with Mercedes parts (desirable but not essential)
* A calm and professional telephone manner
* Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* The right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Oldham
What will your role look like?
* Responding to customer enquiries received through the company website
* Handling incoming calls from customers looking for used Mercedes parts (no cold calling involved)
* Building product knowledge (full training provided)
* Supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office
