Clerk of Works Full-Time (37 Hours) Salary Scale : £31,708 - £ 41,391pa Job reference: CoW/5275/1125 Choice is seeking to appoint a Clerk of Works, who will act as the clients on-site representative, ensuring that all construction and maintenance works are carried out to the required standards of quality, safety, design compliance, and programme delivery. This role provides a vital link between the development team, contractors, and end users, safeguarding the Associations interests by verifying that all works meet contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Essential criteria: Minimum 1 years experience of Building Construction Works First hand knowledge of construction Sound knowledge of Building Regulations Knowledge of site safety requirements Must have, or be able to obtain CSR Visitor Card Able to work effectively in typical construction site environments and conditions.
