Ensure total compliance with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians and early-career teachers. Support major school-wide STEM festivals and enrichment projects. Requirements A degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Biology. Significant experience as a school technician with a deep understanding of CLEAPSS. Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy workload with precision.
