Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and digitally confident Business Support Coordinator to join our Business Support team.
You'll coordinate projects, planning and commercial administration across platforms such as Xero, HubSpot and Teamwork — ensuring information is accurate, workflows run smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and improving how things are done.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate project records across Metron's digital systems
Coordinate workflows, calendars and reporting
Support planning, scheduling and mobilisation activities
Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing in Xero
Improve processes by reducing duplication and manual work
Produce reports and updates using digital and AI tools
