The Role:
Were on the hunt for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen team during our bustling morning service. Youll play a key role in daily prep, service execution, and maintaining kitchen standards, reporting directly to the Head Chef.
What Were Looking For:
A minimum of 12 years of experience in a professional kitchen
A relevant chef qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
A real passion for breakfast and brunch-style cooking
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
High standards of food hygiene and safety
