VANRATH are delighted to partner with a major company in Northern Ireland for the Recruitment of a Export Administrator to join a growing and dynamic company based in Belfast.
This position is based in the company's Belfast office, Monday to Friday. A Hybrid working arrangement is available (80% in the office / 20% at home) for a 37.5 hour week. The role is Permanent.
Salary
£31,000 – £34,000 plus additional benefits, a holiday package of 25 days leave, and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage export documentation and oversee order administration for domestic and international customers, from order receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
* Prepare, review and process Letters of Credit and other international trade documentation in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
* Coordinate international shipments, working with logistics partners to optimise delivery while minimising risk and cost.
* Compile, maintain and manage registration dossiers to support access to international markets.
* Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to export compliance requirements.
* Coordinate logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods.
* Provide high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the export industry.
* Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, including Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms and related export paperwork.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Proficient IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office packages.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
