Site Supervisor - Waste & Recycling Facility
Location: North London
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their operations at a waste and recycling facility in North London. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading day-to-day site activities and managing operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise 3-10 operatives per shift
* Oversee site operations including waste in/out, mobile plant, and site activities
* Manage multiple workstreams across the site
* Use site systems such as SCADA, VMS, and weighbridge systems
Requirements:
1. Proven supervisory experience in a site-based environment (construction, industrial, utilities, or similar)
2. Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
3. Confident managing teams and operational systems
