We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative based in Scotland.
What You’ll Do:
1. Identifying and acquiring customers within the Utilities sector that rely on advanced Power solutions.
2. Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for Power equipment.
3. Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
4. Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.
5. Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
6. Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
7. Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.
8. Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.
You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
9. Strong experience in a technical sales environment
10. Good knowledge of critical power equipment
11. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams
12. Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
13. Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
14. Strong presentation and objection-handling skills to build trust and long-term relationships
