We’re looking for a New Build Officer to join the Home Connections Team based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Responsibilities
* Travel across all office locations and new development sites within the Abri geography.
* Support the delivery of the new build affordable rented homes program.
* Provide insight to the Development Team at the bidding stage from a demand and location perspective.
* Foster relationships with Local Authority partners to ensure homes are marketed and let in line with policy.
* Promote and deliver scheme briefings to internal teams, ensuring frontline colleagues have sufficient knowledge of the properties and local area.
* Support new and existing customers through their allocations and lettings journey, marketing properties, making offers of accommodation, managing the assessment and verification process, and signing them up to new tenancies.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience working in allocations and lettings or housing.
* Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed personal, team, and organisational targets.
* Excellent customer service skills.
