Job overview
Provide line management for staff, support a comprehensive administration service to Integrated Sexual Health.
Liasing with nursing and medical staff on a daily basis.
Ensuring management of clinics are coverd with clerical staff
Co-ordination of documentation and information for service provision, responsible for co-ordinating of specialised service clinics.
Management of producing reports for medical staff, audits and facilitation of meetings
Main duties of the job
To manage and co-ordinate a highly efficient and comprehensive administrative and clerical support network to the Integrated Sexual & Reproductive Health Service.
Be responsible for assisting Administrative/Services Manager with ensuring all aspects of the service are managed to a very high standard.
To manage the purchasing of all equipment/supplies required for our services and co-ordinating of specialist clinics.
