Role Summary

If you have pensions experience and can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviors, this is a great opportunity to join Equiniti and progress. We promote from within, and future roles may include team leadership or strategic operations roles across our sectors.

We are seeking experienced pensions administrators for teams in different operational areas, including Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contributions (DC) Schemes, and Pensions Payroll teams.

Department Information

As our business grows, so does our need for experienced Pensions Administrators in our Crawley office. We have recently launched a training academy offering long-term career progression and professional qualifications.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

* Provide administration services to customers, meeting targets
* Complete/check casework and provide feedback
* Resolve customer inquiries
* Perform and issue pension calculations
* Provide technical guidance to team members
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and customer service
* Coach colleagues on-the-job
* Participate in projects and ad-hoc activities as assigned by the Team Leader

Skills, Capabilities, and Attributes

* Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Proven track record of quality and timely delivery
* Ability to develop positive working relationships
* Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Previous pensions experience is essential
