Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the current Esports lecturer to teach and assess the L2 and L3 BTEC Programme.
* Provide appropriate student welfare and academic/non‑academic support.
* Conduct curriculum development work – planning, developing and evaluating course materials.
* Act as a Personal Tutor.
* Coach Academy teams and manage fixtures and events (e.g. Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, seasonal cup games).
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree level education or equivalent, or substantial industry experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject, with the ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners.
* Teaching experience and/or qualifications.
* Demonstrable familiarity with current high‑level competitive play across various Esports games, particularly Overwatch 2, Valorant and Rocket League.
