Responsibilities
* Work with our people managers on the job requisition process, including the creation of job descriptions, job requisition forms, etc.
* Create & post job adverts and manage influx of applications for various vacancies.
* Sifting CVs based on job specification and requirement, sending shortlisted CVs to hiring managers as needed.
* Creating interview question packs for various roles.
* Arrange meeting room bookings with reception.
* Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers.
* Ownership of all candidate correspondence.
* Responding to generic enquiries and applications received into the recruitment inbox.
* Coordination of events and attendance to career fairs.
* Engagement with recruitment agencies and attendance to networking events.
* Supporting with graduate programmes and other business projects.
* Maintain high levels of client and company confidentiality.
* Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a HR environment and CIPD Level 3 qualified is desirable but not essential.
* Have a good understanding of HR processes and an awareness of employment law and data protection.
* Ability to work in a busy, varied and challenging environment.
* Able to prioritise tasks and have an organised and methodical approach with a close attention to detail.
* You will be an effective communicator and team player.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
* Excellent general IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
* Strong level of literacy and numeracy.
* Team player.
