Huon Aquaculture is seeking a People & Culture Operations Co-ordinator to support our dynamic team in delivering seamless employee lifecycle experiences. The Role As the People & Culture Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in: Supporting HR processes such as interview scheduling, talent days, and offboarding coordination Providing guidance to employees and stakeholders on HR systems and processes Representing Huon at community events and supporting engagement initiatives Driving continuous improvement across people operations Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to ensure a seamless employee experience This is a full-time role based in Parramatta Creek, though we may be open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining accurate employee and positional data in SAP SuccessFactors Supporting payroll processing tasks including timesheet checks and workers compensation calculations Assisting with employee queries related to payroll, time & attendance, and position management Drafting and updating pay rules and roster codes in the time and attendance system Ensuring data integrity and alignment with organisational structures Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Contributing to process improvements and supporting broader P&C team activities as required About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) Have experience in HR administration and working with HRIS systems Are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders Are a team player with strong organisational and time management skills Are confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems Why Join Huon?
