About the role… We have two full-time positions in our Field Support and Development team who provide an exceptional, proactive and bespoke telephone support service to our self-employed franchisee Consultants and field-based management teams – ensuring our members experience the highest quality service and support with their weight loss journey. Our Field Support and Development team manage and resolve a comprehensive range of queries - you’ll be trained in every aspect of our Consultant support experience so you can take full responsibility for all the queries and problems you’ll encounter on the Consultants behalf. You’ll be delivering an end-to-end advisory service on stock and financial management, promotional campaigns as well as first line technical troubleshooting and advice. Through your delivery of first-class support, you’ll feel proud of the crucial part you play in the successful running of our groups and in developing and maintaining excellent relationships between the company and our franchisees. Please note, this role is based at our head office in Somercotes, near Alfreton, Derbyshire. Our normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week on a four-week shift pattern Monday to Friday, including one Saturday every four weeks working 07:00-12:30. An example of our shift pattern (start and end times may differ depending on the team) – Monday 07:00-15:00, Tuesday 13:00-21:00, Wednesday 10.00-18.00, Thursday 08.45-16.45, Friday 07:00-15:00.
