Salesforce Business Process Consultant (x2 Roles) Location: Remote with occasional travel to London Contract: 6 months (rolling) Rate: £400 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Start Date: Immediate A leading organisation is seeking two experienced Salesforce Business Process Consultants to support a high-impact sales transformation programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for mapping and redefining sales methodologies and business processes, using Salesforce as the core platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the mapping and design of current and future-state sales processes. Engage with business stakeholders to capture existing workflows and define improved target state processes. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate requirements. Deliver clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes and proposed changes. Provide recommendations for implementation and change management aligned with Salesforce best practices. Experience Required: Proven experience in delivering Salesforce implementations across a range of industries. Strong background in business transformation and sales process optimisation. Deep knowledge of industry best-practice sales methodologies within Salesforce. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and effectively.
