Job Description
Assist with the delivery of a clean and safe user environment within various premises across East Ayrshire to support the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a PVG Scheme member regarding regulated work with these groups, or if already a member, undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal offer of employment is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

Additional Information
This is a temporary, part-time, term-time position at Muirkirk PS, working 16 hours per week: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 6:15 pm, and Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The contract is valid until 30th June 2026.
